Hello, fellow congressmen and congresswomen.
Rell Harrow here.
I'm working on something interesting. Now that I have a proper power source, I need to get some proper testing done.
Turns out that some of the rocks on Forres are quite amazing at storing and transmitting heat and I need to find out how they work exactly.
So, naturally, I'll try to melt them, freeze them and put them under all kinds of conditions, until I know how they react to different stimuli.
If they work like they seem to, then i will probably be able to increase the energy efficiency of most of our bigger vessels. The improvements aren't amazing but they're enough to plate a ship with proper radiation shielding.
Cancer isn't a fun thing to catch, people!
Anyway. I need resources to set up some machinery. A noteworthy amount of resources. And I offer payment if you help me collect the things on Vieques.

Just like last time, I offer a payment of 1750 credits per cargo unit delivered.
I need the stuff to be brought to Vieques Shipyard.
Same old, same old. If you want your payout, bring time stamped visual proof as per usual.
Remember. If the dock workers don't know you brought the stuff for me, they'll just put it in some store room and it'll get nabbed for whatever repairs need doing. So mark the crates and produce proof of delivery!

Now on to what I need exactly.

Time to melt some rocks!
