Hello, miss Ikeda.
My name is Rell Harrow. I hold the position of Rheinland Director within the Congress and know little about Kusari, so I do hope that you will forgive any cultural transgressions of mine. The Arbiter asked me to reply to this communication and handle the contract. Should my presence here not be to your satisfaction, then I can attempt to direct the comm to him, though he is very busy right now. I am as well, but I managed to move that appointment with the lab engineers back a bit to make time for you.

Anyway. The price you offer for the tungsten is sufficient and we should be able to fulfill the contract within one to three days. The proof of transportation will be delivered as you have requested.
