Now you are explaining in full detail why you are thinking that attacking and destroying ships with Outcasts IFF and Outcasts ID in Outcasts space is some stuff you should do or are allowed doing. You are not yet even an official group.

Then you are going further and are posting forums roleplay on this behaviour where your player is admitting to the Outcasts ID and Outcasts IFF. LINK
