You seem to be severely confused. Allow me to explain this to you.

That means it is the basic outcast ID with those two lines added to it. Just for the sake of being thorough.

And the outcast ID has a line which allows you to engage any ship within your territory. You entered a "Guard System" which is a "top secret" system to put it plainly. Without being given permission prior. As it states on our write up, ANY ship that enters Phi without pre-administered consent will be shot down immediately.

Now I have a question for you. Is your character "Medusa Gorgon" an outcast, or a rogue. As you use both IDs for the same character and separate ships. So.... what is she, exactly? Of course you don't have to answer that, Just a curiosity of mine. You would've been shot down regardless of the tag you used since you did not gain permission to enter Omicron Phi.
