if it was IMG i could see them telling their allies about it and thus they would be amongst the first corporations finding the ne house and would give them the best first impressions compared to the ones who would only find out later on
Junkers, Zoners and BHG would probably keep it to theirselves as why else would the share some potential new allies and new places for income to others?
