This is Lieutenant Jeremiah Sawyer of the Liberty Navy First Fleet

Good day, it seems that these Volcatic junkers just love to draw my and the LPI's attention, in a bad meaning of course, let me explain.
I was on patrol in Liberty, when we've got a distress call from |\/|-The.Black.Liner, I've went to investigate, but Officer Andrew Wilson (I assume he is the owner of the Phaser, if not, correct me on that one), decided to go back to Manhattan, while cloaked, because the whole distress call was rather weird.

Oh and it was, Andrew found a transport, |\/|-"Peach.Porrige" carrying 4205 units of artifacts.
The vessel was apprehended, however here is the interesting thing, and I'd like if the LPI would investigate this situation, proof is the visual footage, and the video recording of Officer Andrew, let me explain.

|\/|-The.Black.Liner has docked at Manhattan, while it was near the transport, and just a bit after that, I scanned the transport, and found only 342 units of artifacts left instead of the 4205, and I didn't detect any artifacts ejected. Shortly after this, the vessel has dropped the remaining 342 and destroyed it, claiming that was all 4205 units, but it was not according my evidence.
Please review my footage, and Andrew's video recording and find out if my assumption, that the transport and the Liner has made a cargo exchange is correct, or not.
I'll provide the comms log as well.
I've highlighted the logs when the Liner docked, and I noticed the 342 units.
