SUBJECT: Unexplained behaviour of a LN officer/Zoner Warship in New York

This is Lieutenant Jeremiah Sawyer of the Liberty Navy First Fleet

Good day, this report will include 2 incidents, each one will be listed below.
Note: I'd like to apologize for the lack of some of the necessary format in my previous report, I'll try not to do the same with this one.

First incident:

While I was near Manhattan, an Atlantis, SDF-Macross_Police, undocked from Newark.
The transponder of the vessel showed up as Crayter Republic, while the vessel cleary carried Liberty Navy ID papers.
The vessel was carrying cardamine for some reason, first, I'm aware that Liberty forces can carry contraband for the reason of evidence, but the CO of the vessel claimed that they are "experimenting" with the drugs, and said they can't elaborate on the matter because it is classified by their Battlegroup ("Space Defense Fortress"), which quite frankly sounds...questionable.
The real reason for this report however, the vessel has opened fire on me several times. While my vessel didn't sustain any damage, it is still rather alarming that the vessel was casually shooting different weapons at me for no reason, later the CO of the vessel claimed their weapons were "malfunctioning", but I find it rather hard to believe.

Second incident:

It seems I've found the Zoner Colony ship "Vulcan"#0001 has mentioned, Waldi.
I've found the vessel near Ft. Bush, carrying Junker pilots for no reason, he has gone as far as shooting one of them after he ejected him/her.
I've kept the vessel near Ft. Bush until reinforcements arrived, LPI-SWAT-San.Quentin, 5th|LNS-New.York, to deal with the vessel.
I'd like to note, and the one reviewing this report will see soon enough, that the CO of the vessel "wanted a fight", yes, it seems the CO of the vessel is rather...crazy.
The vessel was eventually taken down, however the LNS-New York has sustained serious damage, but it wasn't disabled.
