This is Lieutenant Jeremiah Sawyer of the Liberty Navy First Fleet

Good day, I'd like to report another issue with a police officer I've reported on the P.R.S. before: [x]

Sworn statement: I was onboard the LNS-Monitor, when I found the vessel in California, once it entered scanner range, it kept its distance, and didn't bother to close in on me.
I was at Riverside, and the pilot managed to go around me, literally, outside my radar range of course, once I caught on what was going on, I went back to New York, however the lanes at Westpoint and Manhattan, were disrupted, I'm 100% sure by the LPI, since I found it later at Ft. Bush, and decided to apprehend it, due to the previous issue.
The LPI officer decided to lecture me about fines, that one may not request more that 10 million Sirian Credits on spot, and I decided to check his claims just for sake of it, but while I was doing so, the pilot took the lane to Norfolk, again, disrupting it after the vessel arrived there, ultimately I lost sight of it.

This officer has evaded me several times, and tried to prevent me from apprehending him/her.
I'd appreciate if the LPI would keep an eye on this one, since the pilot is part of the secondary branch of the LPI.
