This is Lieutenant Jeremiah Sawyer of the Liberty Navy First Fleet

Good day, I'd like to report another issue with a police officer I've reported already twice, first on the P.R.S. and then on the Department of Internal Affairs Complaints Divison, in case you want me to continue using the P.R.S. from now on, please say so.

Sworn statement: I was at Westpoint, watching the traffic, when Enchanter showed up on my scanners, I immediately moved in to intercept the suspect with my Waran. I found a full hold of Black Market Light Arms on the vessel.
Considering this officer's previous actions, I simply gave him/her the option to surrender there immediately.
Long story short, he/she decided to put up a fight instead.

I managed to damage the vessel with at least 2 direct hits with my Waran's Anti-matter Cannon, the vessel went into the Badlands, and sadly managed to take a lane to the Pennsylvania Gate.

Afterwards, my scanners showed it moving to Planet Erie, but when I arrived there, the Pelican was nowhere to be found, thus I lost sight of the suspect.
