Certainly, there are a number of turrets that meet the projectile speed requirement, but none of them match the RoF, either exactly or in derivative (1, 2, 4, 8). You should have noted the use of "and" in the original definition of my objective, to whit, RoF and PS.

Yes, certainly you can use Mactan for comparisons. You might note the the OP states that I did that before discovering that my original selections did not work because of incorrect compatibility ratings. I even used the sorting selectors (arrows at the top of the chart) to compare RoF AND PS for all of the offered weapons.
