Honestly, teach your players how to do RP , if I had any fun doing Reporters I think your faction would be dead in a day, I'm hoping there'll be an improvement in the RP of your membership. otherwise this could end badly for all of you.

IRMM is a newbie-friendly faction. Their leader takes care of newcomers, teaches them stuff etc.
I think of it more as a merit than a flaw.

I think it's great and I respect it, but hiring people while they're fighting another faction I think it's dirty.

Your mental gymnastics are quite awesome given we're not the main Outcast military. You're literally implying that we should've fought your ships in a 2:1 scenario
