Let people embrace the Coalition as the big old baddie that it was meant to be. This server will be at 5 peak player count and still limit stuff.
Also do the same with the Order. Let the activity stimulus factions go to town while there are still players around.
"cyka blyat we r space russ USSR XD" Coalition caps swarming on a daily basis isn't something the server needs. I don't think anyone really embraces Coalition as 'baddies' relatively speaking.
Oh yeah I forgot they need a "cyka blat we r russ Core" on a daily basis because somehow you feel entitled to have a Dreadnought for the Core indies. Just because the majority of them can't speak proper english gives you no right to label them like that just because they're Russians.
It's not like there weren't such groups that did the same thing on other factions so why the hostility towards this one? The Devs have decided it to be a space USSR in Lore because pre-Freelancer it literally was Cold War in space and SCRA are the remnants (even if not 100% are from the original countries) of the Nation.
2ndly We mentioned a frikkin ZOI limit which would also limit their cap usage such as the Typhoon and Hurricane into that sector while right now they can literally go anywhere in their Hurricanes. It's a compromise.
