Give SCRA Indies Access to Carriers?

Oh yeah I forgot they need a "cyka blat we r russ Core" on a daily basis because somehow you feel entitled to have a Dreadnought for the Core indies. Just because the majority of them can't speak proper english gives you no right to label them like that just because they're Russians.

Have you never noticed the absurd number of Russians who gravitate towards the Coalition and Red Hessian IDs and do exactly this? Whatever my indies do or would do, at least I request the new cap to be used with restrictions in a ZoI.

It's not like there weren't such groups that did the same thing on other factions so why the hostility towards this one? The Devs have decided it to be a space USSR in Lore because pre-Freelancer it literally was Cold War in space and SCRA are the remnants (even if not 100% are from the original countries) of the Nation.

Citation needed. I've never got this impression from an NPC standpoint personally and this seems more like something done by the players. Coalition seems more like Space China.
