Oops. I meant off the hook as far as the hunter is concerned. I'll be looking at RP about jurisdiction, extradition, that kind of thing. Once they enter Kusari systems a BH will have to give up the chase and contact the local authoities. I guess this will be a case by case situation, as it should be; with maybe the Kusari forces doing more if the offender is wanted for particular crimes.
