Incident: My patrol begins at undocking from planet New Tokyo, and it's already enough to get into something. A big Rheinland military vessel appeared before me right near our home planet! I thought for a second it's a cruiser and beginning of an invasion, but it was just a transport, which claimed to be having as destination planet Kyushu, already here possible broken at least one law:

5-3 Foreign police or military ID'd vessels are only allowed inside Kusari Territory under the following conditions:
They are invited by their Kusari counterpart
They are escorted by Kusari Law Enforcers

I decided to follow it while continuing interrogation what it's doing here, and it seems to be supplying a base belonging to Kishiro named Tsingtao Station. No documents were received though if RM vessel is allowed to be here

I was not able to find base registration or registered base suppliers, so there's second possible broken law regarding unregistered base and unregistered supplying transport.

8.1 All bases constructed in Kusari sovereign space must be registered in the Regulation Database. The vessels authorized to supply each base must be, then again, registered against the same database.

Reaching destination and mapping base location we met Gammu AI cruiser wandering around in very close proximity to the base. Thankfully we had a Rheinland cruiser there having intentions to defend the base in case it would be having hostile intentions. Contacting KNF I received instructions to ignore the cruiser being there, while it seems to be just observing and gathering information. I ended my patrol here and returned to New Tokyo.
