On what basis you are demanding the evidence of this warning? Faction is not sanctioned, ships belonging to the faction are also not sanctioned. Sanction notice is not mentioning your faction either. It's directed to individual members and has nothing to do with [RM].

Considering that all three of the people warned are faction HC (at least as far as I'm aware), it should be pretty self-explanatory. Then again, using the faction account for specific players, even if they are all in the HC (again, as far as I'm aware), is a little weird.
My guess is just as a medium so the GMs don't have to send out numerous PMs. Simplification of the process, and all that jazz.
