The Outlaw yelled as he leaped out of his chair, noticing the Leonie's attack at the very last moment. It was however too late to save his hand from whatever object she just drove into it. Namazou, clearly distressed, pressed on the wrist of his right hand and rotated it multiple times, trying to locate the wound or neddle mark, convinced by the stinging pain that he was just successfully stabbed. To his surprise, there was no trail of blood. All he could find was ... a small, rounded burn mark, just right on top of it. Meanwhile, an awkward silence ensued, as other attendies of that place turned their attention towards the commotion caused by the two.
A look of distress on his face changed to anger, and then quickly to confusion. He looked up, giving a good glance at his attacker. He rolled his eyes down, just to see whatever object Leonie was holding. After it beacme apparent that he was simply burned with a cigarette, he rolled his eyes back up again, matching the eyes of now distressed Leonie, staring uncomfortably right into them for a few good seconds. When he finally realised who Leonie was, and what was she talking about, a wide smile appeared on his face, and a moment later he started laughing uncontrolably.
-"Well ... hello there."
Uttered the Kusarian as he crawled back on his chair, breaking the silence.
-"Not yesterday, a week ago at least, pumpkin."
Namazu paused for a moment to get a hold of his mug.
-"And if one mellon is a serious cash for you, maybe you should find a new job, huh?"
The outlaw noded, as he finished his last sentence, and raised his eyebrows. A smile began to show on his face again. He leaned back on his chair, and took a long sip, giving an obnoxiosuly loud exhale and the end. This time, he used his last strength to place the mug back on the table, carefull not to scare anyone again.
-"They cut your bonus? What the f*ck did they expect you to do? To die for the company?"
