Incident:Well an encounter with a Core vessel to which I am totally baffled as to why this individual did not stop but I am recommending he be put onto the priority capture list for our officers and the sooner this individual is aprehended the better.
Numerous requests wer'e given for him to stop but he refused and also I was unable to initiate a cargo scan on his vessel because I was too far away.
I gave chase as far as the Sigma systems after starting the chase from planet New Tokyo and just to conmfirm my photographic evidence reveals the closest I got to him which meant he was highly skilled at running.
Eventually broke off the chase as he approched Onicron Rho Jump Hole.
