I thank you for your patience on this matter. Our Cabinet has reviewed your request, and considering the current diplomatic calm that has descended on international relations these past months, we find your transit request acceptable.

Considering possible routes from Gallia territories to the edge worlds that we knowledge of, we have decided to grant the Marine Nationale Gauloise, up to vessels as specified in your request, temporary transit rights through Kusari space, so that they may reach the sigma region and from there continue to the Omicron region and beyond.

This permit does not grant access to transit or entry to Kusari restricted and interdicted zones, such as the Tohoku system and the Chugoku system, even for the purposes of transit to systems outside of Kusari immediate jurisdiction.

This transit permit for the MNG and affiliated vessels will remain in effect during the current month (February 29), and may be unilaterally revoked by Kusari if its considered that there has been a breach of trust. Renewal or alteration of terms is possible pending future negotiations.

As a final remark, pleas be advised that the systems of Okinawa and Sigma 59 are frequently patrolled by Gas Miners Guild elements, and the guild may demand separate negotiations for transit, independent of Kusari decisions.
