Biography:*David or as everyone that knew him called him (Blue) is a pretty quiet guy but while he is quiet he often listens more than people realize. David grew up on Planet Los Angeles in a Broken home with criminal parents. They often cared more about the cardamine than their kids. David always said to himself that if he ever made it out of this alive he would vow to bring all criminals to justice. David continued to deal with the abusive and crazy behavior of his parents until one day he couldn't deal with it anymore and ran away at age 16.
David managed to get by while doing HVAC work and being paid under the table. The skills would prove to be valuable to allow David to land his first job with the LPI as Maintenance. David envied all the officers walking around in blue uniforms and wanted to be an officer bad but something was holding him back, was he scared, nervous, scared of rejection? It was none of those things as you can imagine, so he took the plunge and never looked back. David now a fighter pilot always added a couple extra lights on his ship that you tell from long Island to Newark it was Blue. David was put into the hardest decision of his life when a transport entered within his scanner range. David politely asked the transport to stop so its cargo may be scanned and the pilot agreed. He immediately notices that this transport is moving refuges to Planet Manhattan for a better life, but knows that doing this is highly illegal. David makes a moral decision to try and help these people out and escort them so that no other LPI would scan them, and possibly talk with some of his connections on the planet to grant the necessary paper work for the people.
David and the transport exit the tradelane to discover a Liberty war ship stationed by the docking entrance by the planet. The Liberty War ship Immediately notices the transport and scans the transports contents. David knowing that this will be bad didn't know how bad it was about to get. The transport engages its engines in an attempt to docking quickly into the Planet so that they may have a chance. The Liberty War ship fully identifies the cargo then notices the transport cruising for the docking ring. David sitting there in utter shock witnessed the Transport disintegrate, Filled with angry as the Liberty War ship broadcasts laughter. David flies over to the wreckage to try and check for survivors, but what he witnesses in that carnage he will never forget. The Liberty War ship sends a transmission to David that if he knew better that he will say they were carrying Artifacts. As anyone would expect David reported the incident. David immediately resigned knowing that people of the law were not charged of the crimes of killing but the whole thing swept under the rug. David knew he had a target on his back now and had to make a change. David has vowed to work against all criminals and it turns out they also work in some of the highest offices in liberty.
Blue always hearing of the HellFire Legion sat out to find them and learn their ways to become a apart of something more and something that aligns with his beliefs. *
