Representatives of Malta,

While it has been many years since our last contact, I bring some concerns voiced by my clients in the preceding weeks that I believe you may be able to remedy. There are rumblings that stocks of the Orange within Liberty are either of "tampered" quality or in low supply and as a result, prices are steadily rising. Normally such a situation would not raise eyebrows, but a decreasing supply is slowly pricing numerous distributors out of the market. My clients would also prefer to avoid third-party interference in an effort to determine if current stocks are indeed compromised. Therefore, I have been authorized to provide supplemental financing of $5,000,000 per 1,000 units delivered from Malta to a distributor base of your choosing within Liberty up to 50,000 units. Such financing would be dependent on full delivery of the required stock, and I hope to confirm Malta's ability to provide necessary logistical support for such an operation.

If acceptable, please advise as to your preferred destination, and I will arrange for receipt. Time will be of the essence as it is likely only a small window can be secured for clearance with appropriate discretion and security.
