You know, this topic started off with some ideas to reduce 'capwhoring' and other things. Now all of that has been thrown away and people are argueing over bias against the BH?
The BH being in Alaska could make sense IF the Liberty government really wanted some heavier guns in there but didn't want to get all the attention of bringing a few dreadnaughts in. Of course the BH's involved couldn't say anything or the entire organisation would be clamped down on by Liberty.
Other than it doesn't really make sense.
BH has a large ZoI, basically anywhere where there are criminals. Which is exactly how it should be. Unless of course you want to make the BH into an actual house type faction where they have borders etc. May just be me but I figured that it didn't really matter if the bounty was in Kusari or in Rheinland, just how hard it would be to take on. They are factionalised Mercenaries working for the law.
