Yes Commander, i was there when one known as ~Werewolf~ entered Omicron 90 in a unregistered outcast destroyer. He was there for some time before jumping back to Alpha and setting course to Ibiza base. We intercepted him and scan showed about 15 Spirit remains in his hold. He refused to comply to our orders to drop the remains so we could return them. Target then docked to Ibiza and somehow "lost" the remains. Having one sabre and one hacker gunship we could only escort him out.
Let me just add that he passed within 1 k from one of the Great Spirits while carrying the remains.
