System and exact location for base (coordinates can be sent privately): Bering, end of the lane opposite the Freeport.

Reason(s) for Construction: Purpose as explained above. Checking our licenses we realised that no permission for the installation was found.

Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: We took over the installation after the so called Separatists abandoned it. Since then we had some issues replacing identifiers. Assistance would be appreciated. The situation with the lawless state of the Freeport is also quite unfortunate and while we can currently keep them at bay with rearmed platforms there's always some fear that won't stay this way.
We improved the installation by the combination of multiple modular kits. Docking is only possible on the main docking area. We invite you to confirm that everything is up to standard.
