Subject:Extraordinary equipment registration
To whom it may concern.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Thomas Reardon, I am the captain of the Orbital Spa & Cruise advanced luxury liner the Axiom. This Enterprise-class ship is a quite unique addition to OS&C White Spa Lines fleet. It was designed with greater emphasis on both security and comfort.
To implement this idea it was decided to equip the Axiom with "AzureBlue" EM Radiation Bending Device Mk3, commonly known as Cloaking Device Mk3.
Recent events during the voyage of OS&C|Boundless_Pleasure through Rheinland (Wanderlust 25 February 827 A.S. ) have put the vessel and her passengers at great risk. Unfortunately, due to a lack of military or federal police assets in the area, the BP was forced to travel under unlawful escort all the way to Hudson System.
Considering this incident and the fact, that OS&C|Axiom will have a lot more passengers and is planned to be assigned to some sensitive diplomatic missions in the future, we ask permission to carry the Cloaking Device in Rheinland space.

The Device will only be used in case of extreme emergencies (as last resort to avoid heavy damage/complete destruction of the vessel) We will be operating strictly within the Rheinland Laws.
