Comrades,

Allow me a brief introduction - newly appointed Generaloberst of Die Weiße Rose, the primary Bundschuh sect. I was elected only a couple of weeks ago, when Herr Von Drachenfels, previous Generaloberst, decided to resign from his position. I am afraid I do not know the exact reasons of his resignation, but we will do our best to not forget his actions and keep his name in the history of the movement.

But I doubt, that you are interested in Bundschuh internal politics, so I will move straight to the point. Situation in Rheinland is getting worse and worse and now it resembles senseless bloodshed even more. The brightest example might be the unioners and Rheinwehr allying with each-other today and shooting tomorrow. We suspect, that soon situation will turn into absolute chaos. We do believe, that words can beat the sword, but it is getting obvious that soon the only one kind of diplomacy we will have - the diplomacy of hot plasma and explosions.

In such situation, I can only respect your experience in combat and producing equipment for it. I could ask for direct assistance, but I also realize the importance of Omegas front with corsairs at bay. Instead I will ask for the latter - perfect killing machines, so we can push back the unioners and Rheinwehr threats and protect our humanitarian convoys from assault.

As you know, the Die Weiße Rose has in possession two Hessian gunboats - Deimos and Midgard. The first is still in active service, while the whereabouts of second one are unknown. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it - it disappeared with one of the former Generalobersts. It is a mistake we promise to never do again and we will do our best to return the Midgard or destroy it, if it is too late. Though I have a feeling, that this ship is long gone together with the person who stole it.

However, the disappearance of Midgard left us with only one advanced piece of technology such as "Heimdall" and it weakens our positions significantly. Therefore I want to ask you to provide us with two additional warships of this class. One is going to be put into active service immediately under the designation "Phobos", while the second will stay in reserves, therefore even heavily damaged ship will work.

In return, you can count on our military and logistics support as usually. We have access to marketplaces in Liberty and Kusari, so we can get commodities for you directly from there.

I'm looking forward to see you answer, comrades. This matter is really important for the movement, so I count on your support.
