III. Assault.

The assault of any civilian for any reason is illegal.

Attempted murder, attempted destruction of private property and intentional damage to private property in excess of 70,000 SC.

Sworn Statement:

At approximately 0839 hours UTC I had just arrived into New York from the Colorado Jump Gate when I encountered the ship XA-Cobra. I immediately attempted to flee via the Trade Lane to Fort Bush but the ring was fired upon and taken out of commission by XA-Cobra. The pilot of XA-Cobra made no demands for any credits or my cargo. I was fired upon by XA-Cobra as I fled along the trade lane at full thrusters towards Fort Bush.

As I fled towards Fort Bush I attempted to contact the pilot asking if it was my life they wanted and was told "Just your life" as "A message for your annexations" and for serving "Bretonia".

I escaped from this hooligan, with less than 50% of my ship intact, via the aid of the defences of Fort Bush and other bases located nearby and by receiving emergency docking clearance from Baltimore Shipyard.

The external image device on my ship was the first victim of the assault. This shot is from my internal cockpit camera. The image shows the presence of XA-Cobra on my scanners within New York Space.
