The Republic Of Liberty has been warned for:

Consequences:

This is pertaining to a Base that was built legally, had its payments accept (including having its 'one-time' payment accepted) and has been in its position for approximately 8 months. You accepted the transfer of the Base to another 'party' and then, suddenly, 3 weeks later you demand that the new Owners have to move their Base at least 5k away.

POBs are only moved when they are impacted by Dev changes to Systems, therefore this is unacceptable behaviour from an amalgamation of OF Leaders to demand someone move their Base or suffer the consequences.
