Well it seems to me that owner changing from 5th| Fleet to some random mercenaries is very important change in POB's direction when it is built so close to DSE and LPI property.

On top of that, being good sports and actually posting "ownership transfer acknowledged" is now basis to be warned for discussing and coming up with decision after some time.

On top of that, it seems to be no actual factual rules that were broken in asking the station to be moved when the situation has changed whether by system changes or ownership changes.

I call bullshit on this.

EDIT:

Can you have straight face and tell me that there were no POBs moved when system changes didn't impact them? Like Aland for example.

Or that IFF changes has never happened, like Houston International (currently Universal POB in Texas, previously "Platinum Incorporated" DSE POB in Alberta).
