It was Bellck who owned the station under 5th's banner. He later on threw a fit, got yanked out of LibGov and other Liberty factions, then sold the station all without communicating it with LibGov. Then, I made a message that we noticed the change of ownership, which was misunderstood as 100% approval. Which is evident to not be the case as within reasonable timeframe decision was made to simply ask POB to be moved 5 clicks away which does not seem to be something so horrible that would warrant warning.

If you are assuming so much without knowing anything, then it is rather inconvenient to pass judgement without hearing the other side. it is absolutely different story when POB is owned by official LibForces and is allowed to be built in such location under this premise. When ownership is changed (which LibGov can't prohibit, as this is absolutely ooRP matter), we simply reevaluated the situation and came to new solution that should be reasonable for everyone involved.

This is great example of fair play and you are warning us under the rule that it was not fair. As if reevaluating changed circumstances inRP is no longer allowed.

Why do you refuse to acknowledge (HA!) that there have been cases of POBs being moved WITHOUT system changes? This is a great precedence (Falster POB being moved in Omega-3 without any mining changes) to improve gameplay. And this here is smooth flow of RP that you are punishing with warning instead of serving the community in enabling continuation of said RP.
