Okay so here is the story of the PoB. Several months ago when the P.Scrap field got moved to New York, Bellck came to me with the idea to move his PoB, don't remember the name but it was something around German Market Place, into New York as a 5th PoB to build equipment for the faction with a small side income of selling P.Scrap. The deal was that he gets the first billion Credits because he paid for the license and after that, most of it goes onto our faction bank. I also told him that he has to solve the problem with the IFF. I only approved the faction-PoB WHEN the IFF gets changed too. I don't need a Navy PoB with Freelancer IFF but our glorious server rules prohibit the IFF change for whatever reason. After several talks with the staff about the PoB I just stopped caring because nothing came out of it.

Fact is that the deal I had with Bellck never got fulfilled, I've seen not a single credit on the factions bank from it.
Fact is that the PoB was sold behind the factions back. And yes, I've done nothing to prevent it because I couldn't. After all, it was his PoB and the agreement was done on Discord. Since the Staff doesn't take Discord-evidence, it was void for me.

TL: DR :

I approved the PoB as a 5th PoB when:

- Bellck solves the paperwork.
- The faction benefits from its existance.
Nothing of that happened.

Next time something like this happens and I notice it, I will post a Siege Dec to destroy my factions PoB. Lesson learned.
