No, we would not have had this issue with LibGov.
But the main issue is that POBs are not movable, yet precedence is there (Falster). The main issue is that POBs don't change IFF, yet precedence is there (Houston International). So that's the issue. Staff claims they won't do it while it has been done. And you argue how little benefit it gives for few minutes of work which you defined as "hard work". Running LibGov is more hard work than moving POB few clicks away. So you can pack up your distaste for LibGov or me, and actually discuss the issue at hand - "non-movable POBs or no-IFF-changes" when there has been precedence and it takes less time than discussing whether to warn someone for attempted roleplay.
