Check the player help tab, you could probably file in the Lost ship, or stuck in connecticut, or missing power plant section. If you post there a GM or dev should notice soon.

Most times when this happens you can launch and it takes you to an all black system that is like a retired station graveyard. If I recall there's a jumphole(?) you can use to get back to the system you came from, or you could try docking on a station and it would kick you back to a normal system.
