The people of Rheinland and the Bundestag,

My name is Wilfried Lichtenberg and I am the active generaloberst of Die Weiße Rose - the primary Bundschuh sect. I have been in the movement for a solid decade, but I never thought, that I will see this day - the day of new prospects and peaceful solutions for the people of Rheinland, the day when hostilities between the movement and the faithful defenders of our common Fatherland will finally cease.

This decision opens a lot of new prospects and opportunities to the place we call home. Finally the Bundschuh will be able to push forward their ideas without the necessary to use sword over the pen. The political agenda of Partei für ein neues Rheinland (or PNR for short) benefits each social class and includes:

• Unconditional basic income.
  
  3.000 Sirius credits are the minimum for Rheinland's people that are needed for basic supplies and a place to live. Every citizen of Rheinland requires this amount to live every month. No matter if child or adult, everyone should receive this amount of money every month. In exchange, all social costs such as workplace support, child support, and rent. This will strengthen the middle class of Rheinland a lot and improve a motivation to live the life with more granted chances. The workers of Rheinland will be able to fulfill their dreams better without having to fear that their existence is being ruined. Workers that decide to work less due to this change will create more workplaces for citizens that are jobless, which are still too many. This will bring Rheinland new prosperity, less unemployment and more happiness.
  
  
• Improved working conditions.
  
  The inhumane working conditions for workers on outskirt bases like Solarius or Elbich need to be improved drastically. Those people work in heat with barely enough pay, dangerous work environments and tragical accidents that occur from time to time.
  
  
• Help for Munich.
  
  The people located in this system will be evacuated to safe locations where they will be supported in the finding for a new existence and work as much as possible.

However, we also should be realistic. After so many years of hostilities and exile, there are aktivists who were forced to switch to less diplomatic and more radical methods and I personally doubt, that they will switch to peaceful decisions easily. But at the same time there are lawful enforcements and conservative politics, who will do their best to sabotage peaceful discussions or who will make lynching to our pilots without giving too much care to words spoken. The process of integration promises to be harsh and rough, but working together, we will have the chance to overcome it and build the better future for our home, the better future for Rheinland.

Oh behalf of Die Weiße Rose and the Bundschuh I promise to cease hostilities with law enforcers and I expect the same from your side. However, should our pilots find them in risk, then the self-defence will take place. Despite popular belief, the Bundschuh is not an easy prey and we will defend ourselves, in case of aggression from opposite side.
