IP Ban?

Earlier today (Not so long ago) I logged out of Discovery, went and got some food and when i came back, i couldnt log into the server, It gives me the messages

'Please Wait. The requested operation is taking longer than expected.

Press ESC to cancel.'

and then like 2 seconds later (literally)

I'm sorry, but a connection could not be established to that server. This is
usually caused by a server going offline when you attempted to connect to it. It
may also be caused by Internet problems. Please try again later.

Its not my internet, because my vent and this webpage are working, I've restarted my computer, modem and router aswell. Also changed account ID's, still nothing.

Any help?
