Patrols are hereby to investigate all ships identified as a pirate. Any ship not authorized as a associate of the Gas Miners Guild are to either be escorted our the system, or allowed to pay a fine. Heavier patrols will be authorized into the Sigma-13 mining operations. The department of security are to engage with Corsair identified vessel located in the system, and to escort any Corsair friendly ship out of the mining zone. Also patrols are to often investigate traffic located in the Yanagi Nebula which contains the Junker Depot Yanagi.
These vessels are authorized to conduct business off tradelanes. If pirating, once these vessels reach within 2,000 of Gas Miner Naha, they are to be ordered to stop what they are doing and return to their area of influence. Anyone continuing piracy will be fined, shot down, or stripped of their associate rights with the guild.
For the officer of security I am requiring you to reconstruct the squadrons and rules of engagement.
