Some moments ago i was patrolling in the texas system where i encountered an MND agent near houston. I'm not sure what he was doing there but after multiple attempts of getting an explanation he refused. Later a fight broke out in wich my ship unfortunatly was seriously damaged and the rheinlander managed to escape. I'll provide the guncams and blackbox records as attachments.
