My name is Marcel Dumas, a former gallic noble who, following the end of the war, decided to start a new life in the House of Liberty. Now I work as a Captain for Orbital Spa & Cruise, a company you've already issued visas to.
However, I can't forget nor deny my roots, and that leads straight to the point. I'm asking for a class A ship permit in order to captain a "Lucullus Gallic Liner" as a commercial luxury cruise ship flying under the flag of OS&C.

In order to reassure you, this whole operation is made with EFL and OS&C's blessings, both on economic and logistic aspects. Our engineers have already made contact with EFL Oil and Machinery in order to fill in the gaps between Sirian and Gallic technologies. If you need further informations or have inquires about that, you can make contact with Captain Jonathan Seabourne, Chairman of OS&C or CEO Jeremie Dupont of EFL. Their current plan (communications related) is to trade a Shukensha class liner for the Lucullus, but obviously even if we overcome the technical challenges we still need the Gallic permit to fly it legally.

I, and OS&C too, believe that this cooperation will be vital to improve and strenghten the bonds of peace and prosperity between our Company, Liberty, Sirius, and the Confederacy itself.
