She understood the value of his curiosity and willingly sacrificed her own work to fuel his knowledge, often taking him on brief space trips using their patrol spaceship.

As Raphael grew older and more mature, he delved deeper into scientific studies, showcasing remarkable abilities. However, the outbreak of the Nomad war drastically changed the course of his life. His father, Lieutenant Harvey Chandler, a skilled pilot, mysteriously disappeared, adding to the chaos that engulfed Liberty. Many esteemed admirals also vanished without a trace.
