The trip started normal enough, we met up at Chesterfield before leaving on our trip. The first stop was Nottingham, we passed through Liberty with an escort from =LSF=Mayport. Upon reaching the Manchester gate in Cortez we parted ways and I took point from this point on (which made me super uncomfortable admittedly). Upon arrival at Aland shipyard we were contacted by Falster Station saying they had shipments of Ore slated for Honshu with no currently scheduled haulers. After retrieving the ore from Falster, we moved through Rheinland into the Sigmas and eventually into Honshu where we delivered our ores. Looking to make our way back home we contacted the GMG and they said they had a few shipments of Helium-3 that were needed back on Pittsburgh. We took this as our ticket home and proceeded to Okinawa.
Now I should mention that starting in Nottingham I began experiencing some rather annoying engine troubles. The Maintenance Crews on Aland looked at it and said it was fine so I continued on. Getting to Honshu was entirely uneventful until the last leg of Sigma-13 when the same problems that previously were occurring. I decided since we were going to meet up with GMG anyway I would have them take a look. The diagnosis was that there was a critical failure in one of the efficiency modules which was causing the engine to overheat and thus stop working. They gave me an estimate of 30 Million credits in repairs, alternatively they could patch it up and recommend I stop at Deshima Station where APM Technicians could install a state of the art high efficiency engine that is well insured which could cost a 5th of the price. I obviously took the latter.
Otherwise the trip was overwhelmingly uneventful, Expense Report is below.
