With the beneficial growth of alliance between the Shogunate and the Coalition, we would like to request, under section iii of the revised treaty, for the production of a "Storm" gunboat for use by the Tenrai Fleet. The information available to the Shogunate on Coalition technology suggests that the "Storm" is a first class assault craft in situations where the "Hachiman" class gunboat is less than efficient.
