Charlotte was curious. Curious enough to attend the meeting without her usual security outfit. It wasn't something she would usually consider doing; nor would the company allow being that she was the head of research and development and subsequently had access to a lot of trade secrets and projects that could be devastating should they end in the wrong hands. The problem with Charlotte is she was not street smart, she had barely left her workshop on Manhattan, and when she did it was to be relocated to Chesterfield Station. Her workshop was her safe place, it was what she knew and it was where she was comfortable.

She made her way to Suite 4141, completely aware she was probably under-dressed, she was never comfortable in anything too fancy. Her jeans and t-shirt were about the best she would do, it was a change from her overalls. As she approached the door she ran her hand through her hair, it was tidy enough. She couldn't help but think about what her friend Mario had said, Space was a dangerous place; he wasn't wrong. She hesitated a moment, before knocking lightly on the door.
