Polishing up the Laws of Sirius

Not sure if you want feedback but the amount of red paired with the blue text is at least to me extremely uncomfortable to read.

They're laws, they're supposed to make you uncomfortable.

Seriously, though, that contrast is pretty hard on the eyes. Might I suggest substituting the red for white for most of it?
