If you admins are going to make up rules that state unwritten powers, like you can walk in and take over a faction leadership--- THEN you need to write them down.
End of story.

Now since I am in the middle of this junk:

First-- Does a couple of Admin telling you something in skype---Does that OFFICALLY count?Yes or No.
If you are being nailed for lack of members in your faction, then that should been posted in the Discoverygc forums as : Harvester Surpended: Failing to keep membership up. You have 4 weeks to get members up and flying. The Admins failed to make said post. --Therefore, is what said on skype offical?

Second: Your telling me that logs of skype are not to be used unless you get everyone else permission. Again, it is something posted off of the discoverygc forums and it is usually the 'policy' that unless it is posted on the discoverygc forums, it is not offical or counts. Isn't that what they are saying about your off-forums private forums and skype??? --If so, then the same 'rules' need to apply to them as well. See above.

Third: From the entire log of skype, all the 2 admins did was tell you to get the Harvesters under one leader. Geisha did that. Everyone else that didn't approve--left to form another clan. End of subject.
The whole matter is an 'unwritten rule or not rule' of Can the Admins step in and take over the Leadership of a faction---That answer never did get resolved. Even after Virus left the Harvester skype room, you and Joe kicked the subject around a bit. From reading the log, Joe pretty much said : Get the Harvesters going.You have done that. Unless Virus is not going to count the people on the lan systems and the other admins back him on that.

Forth: What bonus are The Harvesters getting from being offical? The only one that I see is that the Ai-ID allows your ships to follow the rules set by your faction programming and laws. Otherwise, you have to follow an excessivly narrow protocol set in the writting of the Ai-ID. You don't have a Gaurd System. There is no Ai NPC's. You will never get the Cap 8 armor that is offered to Factions.
And every few months, some hearsay of Admins are telling you that 'they are out to disband the Harvies'.

Oh and it hearsay that was passed on by members and One moderator.

So, what is it going to be? Your unwritten rules need to stop and be put down in stone. If your REQUIRING a certain amount of members to log in X amount of hours per week, per month...then STATE IT!
If your REQUIRING members to submit X amount of in discogc forums posts per week, per month...THEN STATE IT.
