It's an old bug and i think it won't be fixed anytime soon. Since MNG affected the system design recently (Phi JH) and their raids are more common there, i think it would be better to have gallic navy missions in Omicon Tau, replacing Crayter completely. I assume their NPCs aren't broken. Please consider it.
