This is Captain Edmund Mallory of the naval training ship LNS Sierra Nevada.
At 1642 hours SMT, the Sierra Nevada scanned a freelance Gull-class transport (Dein_Mutti) passing through the Fort Bush/Baltimore Shipyard trade lane junction. Scans showed a haul of sorted artifacts. Upon being ordered to drop the cargo, the captain instead transferred it to the Pelican-class transport (Mikazuki_Agus) that it appeared to be in a convoy with. The two ships then engaged their cruise engines and escaped our scanner range, likely headed towards Manhattan.
