Would have at least permitted them the Typhoons. It's been long months since indies ever raided stuff, ngl, you just made the entire ID look very unappealing to new players for their playerbase. Especially those with no high investment desires into the game, the basic requirement to climb ranks in OFs, not to mention those who simply see it as casual game, not as hardcore RP/PvP simulator, they'll end up OVERLY restricted again too.
Great job on restricting stuff months too late when it only hits the people that will make abandon their ships, not join OFs to keep using them. Not a big loss in the average guy's scale here, sure, because thinking outside of the "active forum people" bubble must be tough.
Restrictions on Tempests? Get them back. Hurricanes? Make them only capable of attacking stuff outside that ZoI when in group with officials, kinda like Nomads. Typhoons? Let them roam, majority of cap using unlawfuls in Disco are dead enough that a bunch of Typhoons won't hurt anyone, IF THEY EVEN RAID.
Honestly, +1 to this.
As a side note that's been previously mentioned in the thread, if you're going to nerf coalition indie ID back to how it was years ago then you need to take an equal nerf bat to any other IDs with indie caps that have previously had problems with roaming indie caps *COUGH*Outcasts*COUGH*
Seriously, when was the last time there was serious indie coalition lolcaps spam? I certainly havent heard of any.
EDIT: Oh wow, that ID line addition. Whose braindead idea was that?. There goes my plans of exploring Sirius in an indie phoon while RP'in as a long range reconnaissance ship. Way to kill any potential RP for indie caps outside the pewmegas
