The main reason for this faction is that LR- has historically had a bad image and thus struggling to find people and keep them interested.
I've proposed people to recycle the old LR- in accordance with their current 1ic but it was agreed upon that a new start would be the best for this faction.
As for differences in gameplay, that is hard to tell. We're trying to do the things that Rogues have historically been doing (e.g pirating, raiding and smuggling) so there really aren't any new things in motion yet. There might, however, be changes depending on what people want to do in the future.
