The IMG's faction feedback thread isn't the place for nitpicking the faction leader's personal RP, unless it has a direct impact on the faction as a whole. I'd suggest that if you think the character in question breaks the rules, you submit a report and set out your reasons why. If you don't want to submit a report but rather asked the question in the spirit of genuine curiosity, I'm sure a PM would adequately do the trick.

Staff is unable to keep established rules so there is absolutely no trust in your gang being capable of being fair. You choose when to apply rules based on secret criteria and sometimes even clearly written rules are not upheld by staff when presented in clear case.
