Patrol report.

I ran a solo patrol through the Tau-31 system. My first encounter was with a poorly maintained pirate vessel, whom was promptly introduced to the consequences of piracy in a system under our authority.

I encountered another vessel, acting under the signatures of a trade company called Apex. I demanded a sum of money from him in order to ensure safe passage and accept our authority, he wisely accepted and carried on with his business.

The third and final ship I encountered was not as wise as the second.
